Follow the below steps to install Magento using Softaculous in cPanel.
Login to the cPanel of the domain to which you want to install Magento and go to “Softaculous Apps Installer”
Clicking on “Softaculous Apps Installer” will open the Softaculous installer home page. There find the “Magento 1.9” and click install.
After clicking on “Install” it will redirect you to that installation page to install Magento.
Fill the entries as per your requirement and don’t forget to save the admin password to somewhere else. And after completing all the entries click on “Install”.
Note: Keep the directory place blank if you want to install Magento directly on your website e.g http://domain_name. Or if you want to access your website by http://domain_name/directory_name then enter the desired directory name at that place.
Once the installation is complete, visit your website or admin panel.
You can log in to the admin panel with the details which you have provided before the Installation process.
