Because of the new CERT-In directives,  all Data Centres, Virtual Private Server (VPS) providers, Cloud Service providers and Virtual Private Network Service (VPN Service) providers are required to maintain validated name, address and other relevant details for their subscribers.

Therefore, in order to meet our regulatory requirements,  we must verify the identities of all prospective E2E Cloud customers. To verify the identities of its Indian customers, E2E Networks Limited uses Bureau APIs to conduct Aadhaar-based validation and PAN/GST validation.

We have introduced Aadhaar Validation for Indian Customers because of following benefits:-

  • Validates Customer Faster
  • Eliminate Manual Errors
  • Improve Processing Time/Productivity
  • Seamless Integration
  • Stay Compliant with Regulatory Requirements

Please note Your complete 12 digit  Aadhaar number  is not saved anywhere on the E2E Networks Limited servers. We only retain limited data  which can suffice to prove that account was successfully validated.  Please rest assured that the information you have supplied will only be used for the purposes of validating the customer.

We expect our customers to support us throughout the validation process and enjoy a hassle free environment with E2E Cloud in future. Since the requirement to validate the Customers is flowing from new CERT-In directives, therefore, we will not be able to provide our services to you without completion of the validation process.

In case you have any more concerns or queries, please feel free to write to us on sales@e2enetworks.com.
