● Extensive interaction with prospective customers, partners, and team via phone and email. This
includes cold calling, 80% cold calling.
● Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
● Attain targeted sales acquisition goals and performance as per the KRAs.
● Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
● Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to E2E standards.
● Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
● Should have the knowledge or experience in the Cloud/ Hosting industry.
● Core sales profile and online lead generation.
