Business Development Manager

We are looking for Business Development Managers with 3 to 7 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.

Arrange business meetings with prospects.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

The job will entail travelling for field visits, customer meetings and event participation.

Generate leads by attending exhibitions and networking events.

Finding and developing new markets.

Develop BDEs to BDMS.

Skill Sets and qualifications required:

Strong networking skills.

Excellent verbal and written (English) communications skills.

Strong listening abilities.

Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.

Prior experience in direct sales is a must.

Prior experience in Cloud Technology sales is preferable.

Track record of over-achieving quota.

Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
