Wondering how to take the backup of on-site data on E2E Cloud? Here's a step-by-step breakdown:

Backup Service Activation:

To begin backing up your data, you first need to activate E2E Cloud's backup services. Here's how:

  1. Log Into My Account: Visit https://www.e2enetworks.com, log in using your credentials created when you first logged in to E2E Cloud.
  1. Navigate to the Backup page: Once you log in, you'll be redirected to the dashboard. Here, click on the Backups subsection under the Products header on the left menu.
  1. Enable Backups for your E2E Node: 
  • On the Backups page, you'll be able to view the number of E2E Nodes you've previously created. 
  • If you haven't, create your first E2E Node before proceeding to the next step. 
  • If E2E Nodes exist, click the toggle switch next to the node you wish to activate backup for.
  • An Activate Backup popup will appear on the screen, and you'll have to choose the backup frequency.
  • If the node you want to activate backup for is running on the MySQL server, you'll need to provide the admin credentials for the MySQL server to activate the backup. To do this, check the Does MySQL server also run on this server? box and enter the MySQL server credentials.
  • Finally, click on the Activate button to begin the provisioning backups for your E2E Node.
  • Once you activate backup for a node, the Backup status in the Manage Backups page will change to Processing.

Managing Backups:

Once the first backup is complete for an E2E Node, the backup status will change to Activate. You can now click on the + icon under each active node and access reports detailing the backup status, backup size, last available backup, and task history of scheduled run and completion time of your E2E Node backup.

Restoring Backup:

Using the restore feature, you can restore select files or the entire file system into your E2E Node from the available backup recovery point. Here's how:

  1. In the Backups page, scroll down to the Available Recovery Point to Restore section and select the recovery point you want.
  1. Next, click on the search icon next to your chosen recovery point to browse the file system.
  1. A new popup, Browse Recovery Point, will appear with all the files and folders backed up.
  1. Select the files and folders you wish to restore, accept the disclaimer, and click the Restore button.
  1. You'll receive a notification on the top right corner of the screen with details of the backup restoration process.
  1. Depending on the file size, the process can take anywhere between 2-5 minutes. Before beginning the restoration process, ensure you have enough free disk space to restore the files.

Deactivating Backups:

Follow these steps if you want to deactivate backups of your E2E Node:

  1. Go to the Backups page and click on the toggle switch for the E2E Node you want to stop the backups for.
  1. A confirmation popup will appear. Click on the Deactivate button to stop your E2E Node backups.

Image-based 3D Object Reconstruction State-of-the-Art and trends in the Deep Learning Era

What is Deep Q-Learning?

Deep Q-Learning utilizes the principles of Q-learning, but instead of using the Q-table, it uses the neural network. The algorithm of deep Q-Learning uses the states as input and the optimal Q-value of every action possible as the output. The agent gathers and stores all the previous experiences in the memory of the trained tuple in the following order:

State> Next state> Action> Reward

The neural network training stability increases using a random batch of previous data by using the experience replay. Experience replay also means the previous experiences stocking, and the target network uses it for training and calculation of the Q-network and the predicted Q-Value. This neural network uses openAI Gym, which is provided by taxi-v3 environments.

What is Reinforcement Learning?

Reinforcement is a subsection of ML. This part of ML is related to the action in which an environmental agent participates in a reward-based system and uses Reinforcement Learning to maximize the rewards. Reinforcement Learning is a different technique from unsupervised learning or supervised learning because it does not require a supervised input/output pair. MDP is involved with each state that has been presented in the results of the environment, derived from the state previously there. The MDP optimizes the actions and helps construct the optimal policy.

For developing the MDP, you need to follow the Q-Learning Algorithm, which is an extremely important part of data science and machine learning.

What is Q-Learning Algorithm?

The process of Q-Learning is important for understanding the data from scratch. It involves defining the parameters, choosing the actions from the current state and also choosing the actions from the previous state and then developing a Q-table for maximizing the results or output rewards.

The 4 steps that are involved in Q-Learning:

  1. Initializing parameters – The RL (reinforcement learning) model learns the set of actions that the agent requires in the state, environment and time.
  2. Identifying current state – The model stores the prior records for optimal action definition for maximizing the results. For acting in the present state, the state needs to be identified and perform an action combination for it.
  3. Choosing the optimal action set and gaining the relevant experience – A Q-table is generated from the data with a set of specific states and actions, and the weight of this data is calculated for updating the Q-Table to the following step.
  4. Updating Q-table rewards and next state determination – After the relevant experience is gained and agents start getting environmental records. The reward amplitude helps to present the subsequent step.  

In case the Q-table size is huge, then the generation of the model is a time-consuming process. This situation requires Deep Q-learning.
