Un-scheduled Network downtime from 18:52 to 19:22 PM 15 Mar 2010

There was an upstream network issue which affected all our customer sites from 18:52 to 19:22. We apologize to all our customers for the same. With this our 6 week run of 0% network downtime has come to an end. We would like to offer a free 12 hours service extension to all our affected customers. We still have more than 99.7% uptime on our services in totality.
