“The holders of physical securities shall furnish valid PAN, KYC details, and Nomination to M/s Link Intime India Pvt Ltd (“RTA”) of the Company before April 01, 2023. In accordance with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 03, 2021, effective from January 01, 2022, the folios wherein PAN, KYC, and nomination details are not available on or after April 01, 2023, shall be frozen by the RTA.”
