Project Planning and Execution:
● Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
● Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects according to plan, keeping a keen eye on milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
● Align cloud programs with the overall business and IT strategy of the organization.
● Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing cloud services and propose strategic enhancements.
Agile Methodologies:
● Implement and manage agile project management methodologies, ensuring effectives print planning, execution, and retrospective analysis.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adapting agile processes to optimize team efficiency and project outcomes.
Team Leadership:
● Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
● Motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and facilitate communication to ensure asmooth workflow.
Stakeholder Communication:
● Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
● Manage expectations and provide regular updates on program progress and milestones.
Risk Management:
● Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
● Monitor and manage changes in project scope, ensuring that any deviations are appropriately communicated and addressed.
Quality Assurance:
● Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
● Conduct thorough reviews and testing to validate project outcomes.
● Implement best practices and standards to ensure the security and reliability of cloud solutions.
Resource Management:
● Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budgets, and equipment.
● Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and project success.
Skill Sets and qualifications required:
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is aplus.) or Agile certification is a plus.
● Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
● Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
● Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
● Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Proficient in project management tools and software.
