HR Analyst Manager

The HR Operations Analyst Manager is responsible for overseeing the analysis and management of HR operations data, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves leading a team of HR analysts, coordinating HRIS Implementations and enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize HR operations and support strategic initiatives.


Job Responsibilities

Compliance and HR Operations:

● Oversee the implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) with a primary focus on core HR operations, including payroll, compliance with labor laws, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

● Manage system upgrades and enhancements related to core HR functions, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards in the areas of labor, TDS, and other compliance aspects.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements for compliance-related data entries and salary processing within the HRIS.

● Conduct thorough system testing to validate the accuracy and efficiency of compliance-related modules and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

● Develop and deliver end-user training programs to ensure proper utilization of the HRIS for compliance-related tasks.

● Communicate compliance-related project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, emphasizing the impact on core HR operations.

● Escalate any critical compliance issues to ensure timely resolution and project success, particularly focusing on accuracy in compliance-related data entries.

HRIS Management and Optimization:

● Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including system configurations, data integrity, and user support.

● Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with business requirements.

● Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology and recommend solutions to enhance HRIS functionality and user experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

● Lead efforts to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

● Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business partners.

● Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of HR data through regular audits, data validation, and quality assurance processes.

Process Improvement:

● Evaluate HR operations processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks ,and opportunities for automation.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Skill Sets and qualifications required:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

● Proficiency in MS Excel is a must; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.

● Proven experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or related roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.

● Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and regulatory requirements.

● Proficiency in HRIS platforms and experience with HRIS implementations and integrations.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
