Direct Admin-It is a completely stand-alone control panel, administrators are free to upgrade/downgrade services, libraries, etc., without fear of breaking. Direct Admin is not as mature as the cPanel and Plesk control panel.

Plesk tools that can enhance the security levels are Fail2Ban, Firewall and ModSecurity.
Webuzo allows mostly CSF security, and CSF is a Stateful Packet Inspection Firewall.
Direct Admin cPGuard is a security suite integrated with Directadmin that can provide protection to web apps. It has a website malware scanner and Commercial WAF.
